Delivery conditions

At ADDICT SRL , we do everything we can to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible while guaranteeing the quality and integrity of our products. Delivery times for Belgium and neighboring countries are generally 5 to 7 working days , as an indication. However, these times may vary depending on several factors, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, especially during periods of high heat in order to preserve the quality of our products, especially sensitive products such as our aphrodisiac chocolates.

We reserve the right to change delivery times if necessary, to ensure that your orders arrive in optimal condition. In the event of significant changes to delivery times, you will be informed by email or via an update to your order tracking.

Liability for delays
We do our utmost to meet the deadlines indicated, but ADDICT SRL cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather disturbances, postal strikes, or other unforeseen events. Delivery times cannot be used as a reason to cancel an order or request a refund if the order has been shipped.

International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. Delivery times for shipments outside Belgium may vary depending on the destination and country-specific customs procedures. International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package.


REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days . If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange, except for defective or non-conforming products. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.

To make a return, you must provide us with proof of purchase and contact our customer service at contact@addict2toi.com to obtain the return address. Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer .

Non-eligible return conditions
Any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded. Returns made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are still unsure after these checks, contact us at contact@addict2toi.com .

Shipping for returns
Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. You must use a traceable shipping service and provide a tracking number to ensure receipt of your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
